House Rules (Terms of Stay)

These House Rules (Terms of Stay) are a prerequisite for using the accommodation service. All guests staying on the property must read and follow these rules. The booking holder is responsible for ensuring that everyone in their group has been informed of and complies with these House Rules (Terms of Stay).

1) Location & nature

  • The holiday centre is located in a protected nature area. Driving cars on the territory is not allowed — please park in the designated parking area.

  • Fishing is permitted only during legally allowed periods and within the permitted limits. More information: https://www.kalaportaal.ee/kalastusinfo/keeluajad-ja-keelualad

  • As we are surrounded by nature, please be prepared for possible inconveniences (mosquitoes, etc.). We recommend bringing season- and weather-appropriate clothing and insect repellent.

2) Behaviour & responsibility

  • Please behave respectfully and treat the property with care.

  • All activities must be safe for your group, other guests, the property, and the environment.

  • The booking holder is responsible for the conduct of everyone in their group and for any damage caused by them to the property.

  • Please respect other guests and ensure a peaceful stay and quiet hours.

  • Parties inside the holiday houses are not allowed unless agreed with the host in advance and confirmed in writing.

3) Smoking

  • Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.

  • In shared outdoor areas (outdoor kitchen, etc.) and elsewhere on the territory, please be considerate of other guests.

  • Smoking on the terrace of your booked house is allowed only if fire safety rules are followed:

    • always use an ashtray;

    • do not throw cigarette butts onto the terrace or to the lawn

4) Fire safety & safety equipment

  • Upon arrival, please locate the fire safety equipment (fire extinguisher and fire blanket near the main entrance).

  • In case of fire, call the emergency number 112 immediately and notify the host: +372 512 8075.

5) BBQ, fireplace & sauna (very important)

  • BBQ is allowed only on the lawn area. BBQ on terraces is strictly prohibited.

  • Never leave the BBQ unattended. After grilling, make sure the coals are completely extinguished.

  • Only charcoal or briquettes may be used for BBQ. Using firewood (logs) in the grill is not allowed.

  • Open flames are not allowed on terraces or other wooden surfaces (candles, torches, etc.).

  • Do not leave a burning fireplace or lit candles unattended.

  • After using the sauna, make sure the heater is switched off.

  • Do not dry clothes or other items on the sauna heater or on radiators.

6) Cleanliness & waste

  • Littering is not allowed.

  • Before departure, please wash the dishes and return used items to where you found them.

7) Check-in & check-out

  • Check-in is on the agreed arrival day 15:00–20:00 (unless otherwise agreed).

  • Check-out is by 12:00 on the agreed departure day.

  • When leaving, please lock all windows and doors and return the key to the key box.

8) CCTV

  • For security, CCTV cameras are used in public outdoor areas on the territory. There are no cameras indoors.
